Accountability Partners:: Week 4

Week 4:: May 31st - June 6th
Goal:: Complete a morning workout everyday and run 15 miles in addition to those workouts (and pack for Mexico!). 

Week 3 Goal:: Run a minimum of 3 miles per day and give intermittent fasting a try.
Results:: I slacked off on my running a bit last week and only ran/walked five out of the seven days. I did stick to the intermittent fasting for 4 days (a friend visited over the weekend so I didn't even attempt it on Saturday or Sunday). Overall, I really liked the idea of consuming my meals within a 10 hour window each day and refraining for the remainder of the time.  I will try to keep this as part of my daily routine going forward.
